The Vail Pass Adventure starts by us picking you and / or your group up at key hotels in the downtown Denver area and / or in the Denver Technical Center area at 7:30 a.m. We drive you to the high country and under Loveland Pass through a long tunnel and then to the top of Vail Pass where you start your Bike Adventure. From the top of Vail Pass, we ride down a 7 foot wide paved bike trail which is steep in places and has some tight corners. By holding down the speed, bikes can be easily controlled. This Adventure runs about 20 miles down through Copper Mountain Ski Resort and on down through the backside of the city of Frisco to Lake Dillion. This ride runs through alpine meadows where mountain streams and forest areas start. By the time we reach Lake Dillon, the streams become large creeks. There is enough time to stop for photos and a lot of sightseeing. This Adventure takes about 5 to 6 hours from start to finish. You must have a valid driver's license in order to participate in this event. The experience and thrill of riding down Vail Pass to Lake Dillon will be one to remember.
